How fast will it arrive?
We ship next business day. Delivery time depends on your address — we’ll email updates.
Do I need an account?
No — just upload your label (or forward the email).
What if I don’t own a printer?
That’s the whole point — we print and mail everything to you.
Can I forward the label email instead of uploading a file?
Yes. Use the “Forward the email” option in the Start card — we’ll email you a secure payment link after we receive it.
What file types do you support?
PDF, JPG, and PNG are best.
What if my label is in an app link or portal?
If you can download it as a PDF, upload that. If you only have a link, paste it in Notes and we’ll do our best (some links expire).
Do you support QR-code returns?
Not yet — we need a printable label (PDF/JPG/PNG). If you only have a QR code, you may need a drop-off scan option.
Do you ship everywhere in the US (PO boxes)?
US-only for now. If you use a PO box, enter it at checkout — if we hit an issue we’ll email you.
What carriers do you use?
We’ll email shipping updates; carrier may vary.
Can you include multiple labels in one order?
One label per order for now. For multiple returns, place separate orders.
What sizes/items does the mailer fit?
The 12×15 mailer fits most small/medium soft goods. Bulky items may need a box.
Is checkout secure?
Yes — checkout is powered by Stripe.
What if you can’t print my label?
Refund if your label isn’t printable.
Do you support international?
